Note: this service does not entail any repair, you send the customer’s SHOP2GO item to CEVA, so that A&C can do what’s needed to reimburse the customer.

Important Notice!

Pack the TV properly and securely for transport to avoid the risk of damage. Good packaging consists of a cardboard box the size of your TV with sufficient shock-absorbing padding inside. If possible, preferably the box and isomo protection in which the TV was originally packed.
